Sometimes, the simplest recipes are the best, and this recipe is as simple as they come. It makes sense to use tomato concentrate as the basis for tomato juice. After all, what is tomato juice but reconstituted tomato concentrate? I like to add a dash of Worcestershire sauce for a little more tangy taste, plus a pinch of salt. That is if I’m going to just have my tomato juice as a drink. If I’m cooking with it, then I leave it alone. Either way, this is a very neat trick!
