Check Your Progress Every So Often
One of the things that will motivate you to continue on in building muscle is to check your progress. Every now and then you must check yourself and compare yourself now to how you were then. A good frequency to check your progress would be once every week. You can go longer or shorter in between checks. That’s why I love Shakeology: The Workouts.
When you start working out, you would probably want to get a mental picture of how you would look when you are in shape. Every one or two weeks when you check yourself, estimate how close you are to your ideal.
